Paid Social Account Manager

Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a Paid Social Account Manager in Dallas, TX!

Only candidates local to Dallas/Fort Worth will be considered for this role.

Only candidates that are fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship will be considered.

 

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Create, manage and optimize paid social ad campaigns
  • Formulating paid-social strategy for client businesses and ensuring that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives
  • Fully manage campaign set-up, activation and day-to-day client communication
  • Analyzing and reporting relevant social media KPIs on a monthly basis for successes and opportunities
  • Prepare reports showcasing ad performance and share insights on current and future tests
  • Stay ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising channels, conversion rate optimization techniques, industry trends, client issues, and competitive reviews and analysis; provide intelligence to team and others in the agency
  • Understand the client's product and their marketing objectives
  • Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on client KPI targets and baselines
  • Create monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep clients updated on the status of their accounts
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, economics or related fields
  • 2-3 years of experience working in paid media advertising comprising of media planning/buying, paid search, and/or paid social within an agency/client environment
  • Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
  • Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
  • Able to prioritize ruthlessly and can manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong interest in advertising and passion for helping brands succeed
  • Team player, eager to learn, proactive, adaptable and flexible
  • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Ability to think on your feet and work independently with limited resources on multiple tasks being deadline driven
  • Solid knowledge with MS Excel application and general knowledge of other office applications
  • Creative and analytical skills with the ability to take direction well, learn/develop new skill sets, problem solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
