Paid Search Specialist (E Business)

Duties: This position is focused on developing more efficient marketing operations, you will be responsible for providing support to divisions and website properties within our biotechnology client and to enable them to better execute highly targeted search marketing campaigns. The Paid Search Specialist will increase usage of management tools through divisional training, support strategic campaign execution driving higher performance, and accelerate the onboarding to demand generation platforms.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

3+ years minimum hands-on experience with the following criteria:
Search engine marketing and display advertising experience
Account management experience
Experience executing search marketing tactics
Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point
Self-directed and an enthusiastic team player
Strong analytical skills
Excellent writing & communication skills
Proven track record of success
Knowledge of computer & technology products
Ability to multitask in fast-paced dynamic environment


The following is a plus, but not required

Experience working with Adobe analytics or Media Optimizer
SEM experience with China, Japan, Korea, and/or European Regions

Skills:

- Lead development of search marketing campaign KPIs and produce a standard dashboard reporting designed to monitor and improve search marketing campaign performance
- Develop and support more specific targeting strategies within a test and learn approach
- Provide professional level training to divisions starting up or currently using search marketing
- Strategize, implement, manage, and optimize on-going PPC efforts, ensuring that traffic and ROI goals are met and exceeded
- Monitor program budgets and competitive landscape to ensure high profitability
- Stay-up-to date on new developments, trends and technologies in the PPC space
- Work with technology partners to understand system functionality and roadmaps
- Coordinate analytics setup for various marketing efforts with immediate and extended teams.
- Assist with the development of online marketing forecasts and business cases
- Tactically execute on high-level strategies identified to grow and optimize the search channel
- Quickly identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results through analysis.
- Tactically execute on high-level strategies identified to grow and optimize the search channel
- Contribute to the development of the overall search marketing strategy and processes

Education: Associate degree min/Bachelors preferred.
