Paid Search Specialist

This job contributes to campaign success by supporting the paid search program. This role encompasses program management support from campaign planning and execution including, tactical planning, resource management, and performance analysis. This program drives multi-channel traffic, conversion and sales throughout the year, member acquisition and retention, and maintains the connection between brand members and customers.

Job Duties:
• Supports Paid Search Program Managers in keyword/campaign expansion and landing page alignment.
• Develop and manage reporting of paid search program data, e.g. impression share report, keyword ranking reporting, etc.
• Support reporting cadence at a daily, weekly, and monthly level.
• Research trends, opportunities, threats, competitors and other factors that affect the paid search program.
• Collaborate with cross-divisional marketing resources and external agencies to develop and ensure multi-channel integrated campaigns.
• Manage invoicing, billing, accruals and fraud detection processes.

Skill Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in paid search.
• Experience with Google AdWords, Google AdWords Editor, Bing Ads (Microsoft adCenter).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications.
• Experience with bid management platforms (Marin Software, Kenshoo, Adobe AdLens) preferred.
• Experience and demonstrated ability blending analytical and creative thinking.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing or relevant field preferred.
• Flexible in one's viewpoints and positions in order to support the direction taken by others.
• Uses business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment in the solution of problems or the pursuit of business opportunities.
• Consolidates information from various sources including feedback from others to reach sound decisions.
• Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers.
• Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work.
• Executes effectively by using resources efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping others informed of work plans and progress toward goals.

• Acts upon opportunities and involves and influences others in the accomplishment of worthwhile organizational goals.
