Paid Search Senior Advisor

The search programs Senior Advisor will be responsible for paid search programs that drive traffic to our client's sites. This individual will be responsible for executing search programs and managing paid search agency partners. This individual will work closely with online and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands on paid search management experience working in Google AdWords. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are required. Knowledge of SEO on-page ranking factors is ideal. Successful applicants will be proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities
• Identify paid search opportunities and manage search projects to drive traffic, lead generation, and revenue
• Deliver effective and efficient paid search campaigns that deliver on pre-determined KPIs.
• Drive relevant and qualified traffic through keyword research and match type management. Improve click thru rates by testing ad copy and keyword management
• Monitor quality scores to ensure efficient use of funds and drive higher positions; influence landing pages and conversion metrics.
• Manage work of search agencies to ensure they are driving towards search program goals
• Set KPI goals and deliver to them based on the nature of the programs being managed – these may include, but are not limited to ROAs, traffic, and leads.
• Monitor and provide recommendations on how to improve paid search performance using traffic, lead, and engagement data
• Regularly report on paid search programs, metrics, performance of search efforts to a diverse set of stakeholders
• Demonstrate and improve ROI of paid search programs through modeling and analysis
• Conduct competitive analysis of search competitors and keep abreast of industry best practices
• Evangelize and train internal stakeholders and partners on importance of search
• Establish strong working relationships with key business partners in order to execute change (online, marketing, agencies, etc).
