As a Paid Search talent for our fortune 500 client, you are responsible for all aspects of paid search from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis. Talent is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns (PPC, pay per click), banner advertisement service offerings on multiple channels including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. These roles will have client exposure and is responsible for working on campaign strategy in conjunction with more senior team members. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of client's day-to-day paid search campaign activities. The candidate should have deep interest in search marketing, and a willingness to learn how to perform all the standard duties necessary to manage paid search accounts. Strong interest in search marketing, curiosity, analytical acuity, Excel skills, and an interest in creating commerce connections is required, along with the ability to work well with others and possessing solid communication skills.

Responsibilities may include:
• Create, manage and analyze paid search campaigns across AdWords, Bing/Yahoo aligned with business goals in each market.
• Drive paid search campaigns for mobile and web channels such as Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Execute paid search campaigns at scale and grow effective programs globally by leveraging web analytics to optimize campaign bids, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Run Search, Social and Display campaigns to drive mobile app downloads across multiple markets.
• Execute paid search engine marketing tactics for one or more clients
• Become proficient with Kenshoo Local, and Kenshoo Social, and Bing AdCenter
• Research and develop paid search campaign strategies and plans for our clients
• Create detailed paid search proposals to meet client goals
• Manage accounts to ensure all project deliverable deadlines are met
• Ensure that the expectations of the clients are met
• Optimize bids, adcopy, and landing pages to drive top-line revenue and bottom-line margin
• Monitor & adjust spend in real-time, 24/7 keyword auction to stay within budget
• Report & analyze program performance and present to management
• Research keywords
• Continuously optimize platforms, campaigns, keywords, ad copy and landing pages to meet/exceed ROI goals
• Analyze and report on Pay per Click campaign results and present to client by documented reports and presentations
• Develop and enhance the process of paid search offerings
• Develop and maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players, and communicate to internal and external customers
