Paid Search Marketing Manager

Directs the development and execution of market plans, new product launches, enrollment and retention strategies, advertising, and ongoing member communications for regional and national stakeholders. Ensure the brand is well positioned and represented across all communication platforms.

The Paid Search Marketing Manager is responsible for: 
• Managing the day-to-day Paid Search Marketing campaigns in partnership with search agency, including campaign optimization, budgeting, testing and reporting 
• Providing strategic direction to agency to inform prioritization and project roadmaps 
• Optimizing and reporting on identified KPI’s 
• Budget management, including budget pacing, projections, invoicing and billing 
• Managing keyword refinement and expansion, ad copy and landing page testing 
• Partnering with digital agency on landing page maintenance and testing 
• Testing and QA-ing new campaign initiatives, i.e. sitelinks, extensions and engine betas 
• Executing on channel expansion around mobile, 2nd tier engines and RLSA 
• Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and external partners, including Google, Bing, Optimizely and others 

Essential Skills & Experience Needed: 
• Hands-on Paid Search Marketing experience for 5+ years 
• Experience managing complex accounts with multiple campaigns and large budgets ($10MM/year) a plus 
• Ability to think strategically with a willingness to dive into the data 
• High degree of proficiency with Google AdWords & Marin Software (or equivalent) 
• Preferred exposure to web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and WebTrends 
• Proven track record of driving Paid Search Marketing campaign success that improves business results 

• BA/BS degree required
