Paid Search Digital Marketing Manager (temp-to-perm)

Our Healthcare Client is a nationally ranked and internationally recognized for their devotion entirely to comprehensive services and deep expertise in pediatrics and obstetrics. They are seeking a mid-level Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Paid Search to support their overall business and communications objectives with sound strategic digital marketing management, implementing consistency with overall brand strategy, goals and direction. The role is responsible for day-to-day management of the existing digital channels -- continually positioning them as a leader in their industry and in the digital marketing arena. The Digital Marketing Manager, as a key member of the Marketing Communications team, will manage the strategy execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels. These channels include web content, mobile, SEM, SEO, social media and onsite display ads.


Essential Functions
Collaborate with internal marketing team, outside agencies and other vendor partners on the execution of SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns (20%)
Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance effectiveness of marketing campaign content (20%)
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (15%)
Contribute to the thought leadership for digital communications strategy (10%)
Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our brand, our competitors, and/or our industry (Reputation Management) (10%)
Measure and report performance of all digital and social marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) (10%)
Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate (5%)
Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audiences (5%)
Work alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute relevant and timely content across all digital channels

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university
Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with HIPPA and/or regulated industry.
Proven working experience in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience partnering with agency to manage SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns (eg. Google Adwords).
Knowledge of presentation development, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable fashion.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and clients.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and with A/B and multivariate experiments. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Basic technical understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, and strong SEO skill sets, including the ability to ensure all content is optimized.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Experience with Content Management Systems (Teamsite preferred)
