SUMMARY: We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads as they move through the funnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation ads.
Optimize mix of display and channel marketing mix to meet goals, and maximize ROI.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed.
Work with internal/external resources to create compelling content and assets.
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, and potentially additional channels (Snapchat, Instagram, Vine, etc.).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of business experience preferably in marketing or demand generation for B2B, SaaS products or services.
Proficiency in marketing automation systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Organized, positive attitude, and results-oriented.
Independent, self-starter with a strategic perspective.
Strong writing and communications skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Hubspot Inbound Certification
