Serve as production artist, designer and publishing software subject matter expert for all catalogs and SKU-intensive marketing pieces.
Major production responsibilities for the general catalog, the primary sales tool for the organization. Drives sales through page design and layout, driving image consistency, compression of SKUs per page and generating buying guides.

-Applies layout, design and production techniques across a variety of catalogs and SKU-intensive marketing pieces in order to deliver timely and effective results. Accountable to produce programs within budget and on time. For example, specialty catalogs and direct marketing pieces. All programs exceed a $100K threshold.
-Ability to articulate the overall Catalog structure, strategy and production calendar, as well as merchandising strategies related to SKUs and sales per page.
-Successfully execute catalog strategy by partnering with Product Teams, Marketing, Suppliers, Systems Support, and Printers.
-Understand and adhere to Catalog style guidelines and printer page requirements.
-Understand and adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
-Develop production logs to monitor project status, drive consistency to track information & develop meaningful metric and ensure on time delivery across the catalog team.
-Serves as the subject matter expert in Catalog production, department and Merchandising meetings with the intent of driving consistency across teams, sharing best demonstrated practices and educating suppliers & merchants on catalog process limitations.
