The designer is responsible for the hands-on creation of packaging; sales and marketing materials to meet the graphics design needs. Our Company seeks a competent and creative designer hat consults with Art Director and Marketing to determine visual requirements that support organizational business goals. The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and capable designer with strong communication skills.
Responsible for the conceptualization, design and production implementation for packaging and sales/marketing materials
Awareness of current design styles as well as print, digital product industry trends related to typography, composition, layout and color
Understanding and awareness of current design styles trends and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in print and digital media
Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexity, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail to ensure continuity and accuracy of art and layout
Thorough understanding of corporate/brand guidelines.
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight timelines is essential for a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of pre-press and production techniques
Ability to supervise mock up creation
Bachelors Degree in graphic design
Minimum of 2 years experience in CPG or Design Agency
Must be successful in meeting multiple, tight deadlines and working on various project concurrently.
Proficient in In-Design, Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with Agile a plus
