We are looking for seasoned Packaging Graphic Designers with strong backgrounds in production. You will work from the execution level, supplying expertise to create and complete toy packaging art. Working with the Brand Director you will contribute to the overall creation and implementation that translates brand messaging using Illustrator and PhotoShop. Flexibility and ability to manage tight deadlines and change orders is crucial. Ideally the right candidate should be a strong designer, as a whole, but especially proficient at packaging design & production.
Ability to implement approved line look across entire product line Ability to conceptualize and execute unique 1-off package designs based on established brand guidelines Drive structure innovation and advise on cost-effective manufacturing & production methods Create on-brand graphic elements including callouts, multi-lingual iconography and other visual communication Art direct photography & illustration based on approved line look for individual items
Consistently use sense of creativity, foresight and good design judgment across all aspects of the package development process Keen awareness of marketplace trends (e.g. structure & product innovation, competitive graphics, fashion, lifestyles, etc.) Work effectively and professionally with cross-functional partners Independently manage projects and achieve individual project milestones
