Support the Store Experience team by managing product information, interpreting and communicating business performance information, managing fleet characteristics, and acting as a liaison between several functions

•Manage calendar of all global brand events to enable visibility to upcoming milestones and drive decision-making, strategy development, and workflow
•Download numerous dimensions of product information from various partners and translate into one master list covering all seasonal product, across all geographies, with strict data integrity and consistency of information
•Centralize and manage ongoing changes to master list of product information across all geographies, including updates, changes to the assortment, markdowns, carry-over, and open-to-buy/chase styles, to maintain data integrity
•Create custom lists for each geography to guide merchandise placement and highlight and help solve for geographical differences in the assortment

Business performance recapping
•Perform regular weekly analyses of business performance using key metrics by store group, shared with leadership to drive immediate-term decision-making
•Analyze seasonal flow performance across key metrics by store group and merchandise category to inform future planning
•Do deeper dive on selected aspects of seasonal performance to diagnose and explore most important issues more fully
•Assess performance and determine root cause of issues based on ad hoc requests from team members

Manage brand/ fleet information to drive better decision-making
• Manage information regarding actual capacities in stores by class of merchandise and area of the store; leverage this database of information to respond to partners’ queries regarding current actual capacity in stores and potential for changing cc targets, adding new businesses, altering Visual guidelines regarding placement in stores and adjacencies, etc.
• Maintain information on store characteristics to inform HQ strategies and decisions
• Create and maintain list of current & future Real Estate projects
• Design, execute, and synthesize surveys to gather key information from field partners

• Act as liaison between Store Experience, Store Design, and Field Visual to support necessary activities for new & remodel stores
• Work with Merchant team to gather all product-related information for each season’s styles
• Facilitate communication between Field Visual team headquarters teams regarding current state of stores
• Keep Store Experience team up to date regarding changes to assortment construct

• Self-managed- ability to define and accomplish objectives with little oversight
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to think strategically and globally to identify issues and opportunities and assess impact of decisions
• Comfort with structuring analyses and manipulating and drawing conclusions from large quantities of data, to develop fact-based responses to subjective questions
• Sense of business acumen and understanding of impact to the bottom line
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence others
• Customer focused (both internal and external)
• Cooperative team spirit promoting attainment of individual and team goals
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; proficient in Acrobat

4-year bachelor’s degree
•2+ years in retail, ideally in apparel, OR 3+ years in a strategic role with some experience in retail or consumer goods
•Experience working with large quantities of data
•Project management experience
•Demonstrated interest in apparel retail
