** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER OF PHOTO PLANNING **

SUMMARY:
The Program Manager, Photo Planning is responsible for the successful execution of digital and cross-channel projects and new business initiatives with a special focus on the operations and process of getting marketing projects to set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHOTO PLANNING
• Work closely with the team to understand and work to meet timelines and schedules for seasonal and monthly marketing to market plan
• Determine and set deadlines and deliverables for cross-functional and cross-channel partners to meet deadlines for pre-production
• Facilitate key preseason and photo planning pipeline meetings including styling walk throughs
• Attend styling walk throughs and key photo planning meetings and in partnership with Coordinator record, distribute and follow up with cross functional partners on walk through notes and next steps (notes on styling, strategy, and lay out changes)
• Ensure timelines and key dates for shared seasonal photoshoots are met and raise red flags when in jeopardy
• Collaborate on Omni Photo Planning calendar with Offline Account/Programs team
• Track all marketing requests, keeping the photo and styling teams on track project scope and timelines

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Manage various new business initiatives and digital projects working closely with stakeholders on defining/getting clarity on project needs, including: objectives, scope and experience, success metrics, schedules and reporting
• Information gatherer from cross-functional and cross-channel partners to create recommendations around schedules, tracking and tools
• Liaison with Photo Production team sharing marketing photography needs (monthly and on-off projects) and working in partnership to land shoot scope, plan, schedule

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY:
• Partner with the Photo Studio Account Team and the Product Photography Producer in support of product photography execution, helping to track product photography shoots, maintain realistic timelines and to keep abreast of changes in scope and workflow
• Liaise with the Photo Studio Account team and the Product Photography Producer on marketing photography that needs to be supported by product photography work stream
• Manage Outfit Leverage Request counts o be utilized as AV’s etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in an online project management or production environment
• 2+ years of experience managing people
• 4+ years of experience in an Internet environment : Retail eCommerce experience a plus!
• Innate ability to actively listen and summarize key meeting notes
• Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail
• Understanding of web production and release processes; including direct experience with website tools and technologies
• Ability to facilitate meetings with Senior Leaders
• Self motivated and driven. Ability to work independently with a constant sense of ownership for quality of work
