PAY: $32-36/hr (based on experience)

** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER, PIPELINE **

SUMMARY:
The Program Manager, Pipeline is responsible for the successful execution of online digital and cross-channel projects and new business initiatives with a special focus on the Marketing to Market pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MARKETING TO MARKET PIPELINE:
• Determine timelines and build schedules for seasonal and monthly Marketing to Market plan
• Work closely with Traffic team on involvement in Omni M2M milestones and process evolution
• Continually look for process improvement opportunities within the monthly m2m pipeline
• Determine and set deadlines and deliverables for cross-functional and cross-channel partners to meet deadlines for Omni shoots
• Monitor the product/sample management process and flag major issues/concerns and help troubleshoot

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Manage various new business initiatives and digital projects working closely with stakeholders on defining/getting clarity on project needs, including: objectives, scope and experience, success metrics, schedules and reporting
• Information gatherer from cross-functional and cross-channel partners to create recommendations around schedules, tracking and tools
• Liaison with Photo Production team sharing marketing photography needs (monthly and one-off projects) and working in partnership to land shoot scope, plane and schedule


REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience in an online project management or production environment
• 2+ years experience managing people
• 4+ years of experience in an Internet environment; Retail eCommerce experience a plus!
• Ability to facilitate meetings with Senior Leaders
• Innate ability to actively listen and summarize key meeting notes
• Understanding of retail, marketing and eCommerce vernacular
• Understanding of web production and release processes, including direct experience with website tools and technologies
• Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail
• Self motivated and driven; ability to work independently with a constant sense of ownership for quality of work
