PAY: $21-$26/hr (based on experience)

** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR, PIPELINE **

SUMMARY:
The Program Coordinator, Pipeline is responsible for scheduling and managing administrative aspects of all preseason pipeline meetings, including: attendee list and change management. He/She will support the Program Manager, Pipeline with the successful execution of new business initiatives around product presentation on site. This person is also responsible for sharing as needed workflow tool expertise with the cross-functional partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRESEASON PIPELINE SUPPORT (TRAFFIC)
• Schedule updating/tracking for all Omni Preseason Calendars
• Tap and manage the scheduling of all PreSeason Photo Planning meetings, keeping teams in the know of current meeting objectives and inputs/outputs
• Integrate and track international milestones into Preseason Photo Planning Calendar
• Tap and lead weekly collaboration meeting with offline counterparts (schedule review/information gathering)
• Link/track Offline Team’s documents from Box to Omni Smart Sheet
• Update and communicate Style Guide Shoot calendar with key stakeholders
• Work with DAM team to keep DAM schedules up to date
• Share calendars to Omni and cross-functional / divisional partners, keeping them in the know about meetings and milestones
• Work closely with the Program Coordinator, Photo Planning to ensure schedule is met

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Support Program Manager with various needs for the successful execution of new business initiatives and digital projects

REQUIREMENTS:
• Understanding of Internet and web-based technologies
• Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail
• Self motivated and driven
• Ability to work independently and with a constant sense of ownership for quality of work
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in an online project or account management or production role
• 2+ years of experience in an internet environment
• Retail eCommerce experience is a plus!
