My client is looking for an Account Manager to work full time in their warehouse style Surry Hills office on a range of clients in the consumer-tech, lifestyle, beauty, food, health and not-for-profit sectors. Their clients are dynamic entrepreneurs running purpose driven businesses.
You will show an aptitude and interest in working on all of the above client sectors.
You will possess a friendly and professional manner, good computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment. You will have the confidence to be in regular contact with journalists, editors and producers in a range of media as well as dealing directly with clients. They are looking for a PR dynamo who ideally has at least one year's local experience in a boutique sized PR agency.
A sound understanding of the Australian media landscape as well as established contacts with key players in the media is a must. Experience working with influencers and on social media campaigns is a bonus. Your daily duties will involve creating both traditional and social media opportunities for your clients and ensuring they receive the fantastic service that the agency has become renowned for.
