PR Senior Account Director – Lifestyle, Retail, Beauty & Fashion

My client is an award-winning, independent consumer communications and PR+ specialising in beauty, lifestyle, health, retail and fashion.

They work with market-leading clients and they are on the hunt for an Senior Account Director to join their team.

The Senior Account Director role will involve:

• Development of annual brand strategies and campaign reports, day-to-day management of multiple campaigns and budgets
• Working alongside and mentoring a strong team
• Building valued and trusted client relationships
• Building existing and new relationships with key influencers
• Senior client counsel and external stakeholder management

Reporting to Managing Director -
The successful Senior Account Director will have:

• Proven experience working with brands in the consumer/ entertainment/ lifestyle sector
• A passionate and infectious attitude towards their work, client and agency
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand campaigns built on insights
• Proven experience in team management
• A client-centric approach focused on delivering not just output, but business outcomes
• An understanding of how the sum of the parts in business fit together e.g. finance, budgeting, 
ROI and path to purchase
• Ability to lead client reporting processes and requests
• Experience in social media
• The ability to work independently by managing your time through strong organisational, team 
and individual planning
• Proven ability to “fly the PR flag” among multi-disciplinary agency partners from media, digital, 
shopper, experiential
• Proven contacts book across all mediums, preferably with consumer lifestyle media
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of 
Microsoft office
• 7-8 years previous experience in agency environment
