This is a key hire for the business and is best suited to an established agency leader with 8-12 years of experience, who has expertise in financial services, has a proven ability to inspire and lead teams and is passionate about delivering best in class integrated communications programs.
Create content and build compelling B2B stories, as well as craft effective and provocative thought leadership strategies.
Consult and offer smart, strategic counsel to senior clients, ability to listen, consider the wider business context and make effective decisions.
Build effective and trusting relationships with the agency’s and it’s client’s team across all levels of the business.
My client is looking for someone who’s has ambition and drive, as well as energy and leadership to drive team and campaign results.
Able to engage, inspire and get the best of a large team by creating a fast paced and dynamic work environment and build urgency around program delivery.
Able to work with ambiguity to lead and direct the team to a definitive and effective outcome.
Able to keep programs moving, manage competing priorities and align his/her priorities and those of the team to the needs of the day.
Exceptional writer and presenter - able to produce financial whitepapers and C-level op-eds.
Strong head for risk and opportunity and ability to make decisions and problem solve them with the leadership team.
Able to develop and execute large campaign strategies and delegate work effectively to teams with context in good time.
Experience of leading integrated and digital campaigns.
Experience of scoping and designing quality thought leadership strategies, including project managing research agency.
