PR Group Account Director - Consumer, Food & Beverage

The role will see you:

• Independently driving the business forward
• Representing and promoting my clients interests both internally and externally
• Motivate team members to achieve shared goals
• Become a category expert and business strategist
• Expand relationship with client, stimulate agency innovation and manage the internal team and client P&L
• Promote and sell new ideas and services to new and existing clients – and effectively close 
the new business opportunities
• Identify and address international account opportunities 

• Establish internal relationships that: improve collaboration; create chemistry; stimulate better strategic solutions
• Establish an environment of trust and respect: facilitate tolerance for risk; bring superior ideas/solutions to the marketplace 

• Acting as chief integrator and collaborator between my client and other client agency 
• Responsible for driving organic topline growth and profitability
• Manage revenue and profitability
• Monitor team capacities and utilisation
• Thought leadership – proactively information and provide thought leadership in the form of pov’s, white papers etc. that demonstrate to clients that you are aware of all key business drives
• Knowledge Sharing – socialise knowledge throughout team and agency 

You will have strong understanding of media / social landscape, have previously demonstrated success in a leadership role, posses excellent presentation skills and have strong team development skills. As Group Account Director, you will be well versed in multiple communication channels, and trusted to be objective to recommend the most effective strategic solutions to deliver client business objectives.
