THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 6 years progressive PR agency experience or similar related experience, with a strategic outlook but also lots of project management know-how. You are strong on budgeting, new business development and can unpack the brief, while always thinking creatively and strategically.
You will have the experience and confidence to take lead and rally the troops, but also a desire to guide, mentor and nurture the rest of the team.
While your true love is PR, your best friends are content, influencer and social media marketing. You have a thorough understanding and desire to integrate both traditional PR and digital communications streams through your work and you love it.
You will be leading a number of accounts ensuring profitability and growth, and take full responsibility for the delivery and quality of all work to meet the client's needs and addresses their business problems. You will manage your team and resources, and have an ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency. You must have a commercial, creative and entrepreneurial mindset and exhibit a level of emotional maturity, resilience and confidence.
As an AD, you will be managing client relationships and resolving functional conflicts through consultation with the Director. You will be the person to whom the account supervisor and account executives look for support, guidance and counsel. You will be expected to plan campaigns and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the agency’s new business efforts.
