Due to continued growth in Sydney, they are now looking for a great AD to join their awesome team!


• Overseeing a portfolio of high profile client accounts from a strategic perspective, ensuring all performance exceeds client expectations 

• Managing a team of account managers, executives and coordinators including reviewing work and providing guidance, coaching and feedback to ensure improved performance 

• Developing and setting challenging KPIs for all clients and for all campaigns 

• Reaching or exceeding KPIs for all clients and for all campaigns 

• Leading and attending regular work in progress meetings 

• Gaining and continually evolving a strong understanding of your clients’ business, market, structure, processes and objectives as well as attending relevant industry events 

• Identifying broader industry challenges and opportunities and regularly communicating this to clients 

• Consistently fostering a strong team environment and work ethic through sharing information or expertise, working together to solve problems and putting team success first
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow your division via both existing clients and new business opportunities
• Identifying strategic opportunities to proactively present growth opportunities to clients
• Managing client budgets and monthly client charges 

• Committing to personal and professional development 

• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills
