Immediate need for a PR &Social Media Coordinator to work on-site in a long term contract role.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Maintain PR software and media tools
• Track media calls and set up conference call details
• Research media who will be attending upcoming trade shows/conferences
• Manage daily postings and responses on social media channels
• Create graphs and other measurements (social media reach and influence)
• Draft content for SharePoint sites
• Schedule media training sessions; manage logistics
• Update content on company’s Internet
• Create a sponsorship request form to be sent in response to all financial contribution inquiries
• Create a database for promotional material for Government Relations
