PPV Marketing Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Manager of PPV (Pay Per View) Marketing to join the Upgrade Marketing team. The Manager will be responsible for the PPV Movie business (Cinema), and will be a key member in executing movie marketing campaigns to increase PPV movie purchases and grow revenue, with a specific focus on driving PPV revenue and buys in the Lodgings and Institutions business, as well as working on new Cinema products and the Video On Demand business.

Responsibilities

 Executes PPV Movie marketing plans and programs related to Lodgings and Institutions business, both short and long term, to meet or exceed revenue goals and ensure profitability of PPV in this space.

 Drives title selection for selected On-Demand homepages within Lodgings and

Institutions business and curates/edits categories to optimize revenue

 Prepare and present content strategy and recommendations for relevant On-Demand homepages

 Communicates with outside advertising and marketing agencies on ongoing campaigns

to ensure superior execution.

 Plans and oversees the advertising and promotion activities including direct mail, online,

print and other electronic media.

 Responsible for routing creative pieces for review both internally and externally.

 Interfaces with operations and business teams as needed for development of any new offers or enhancements that require systemic development.

 Develop cross-functional internal relationships with other departments to build trust, drive execution, foster innovation, and collaborate with others to solve challenges.

 Researches, analyzes, and monitors Lodgings and Institutions VOD marketplace developments so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.

 Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.

 Evaluates market reactions to marketing and advertising programs to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

 Prepares marketing activity reports.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Strong Excel and analytical skills

 A team player with the ability to work independently

 Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

 Strong sense of initiative and excellent social skills

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive revenue goals

 Ability to understand and engage with technical teams on complex projects.
