PPT Presentation Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services organization is seeking a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to add to their team.

This role is responsible for managing the design and production of high quality PowerPoint presentations and collateral to support client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will work on a variety of different projects, from sales presentations, new business pitches and thought-leadership engagements to client value reports and internal presentations. Success will be measured by the candidates’ ability to add value to teams in those situations. Primarily that means raising the level of communication through smart storytelling and visual clarity.

The candidate must have a passion for creating PPTs, charts, maps and tools for data display and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales teams, strategists and writers to build engaging data visualizations within a fast paced sales environment.

The PowerPoint Presentation Guru reports to Studio Manager, and support the multiple clients including: Sales, Research, Council Member Solutions, Strategy, HR, PR, Social Impact to help them design presentations that communicate complex ideas in a simple and concise way. Ideal candidate will have great design sense, understanding of the language of business, and the ability to work both quickly and creatively under tight deadlines.


Required Skills
- Expert level knowledge of PowerPoint, Illustrator, Word, Excel, MSGraph, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote is required.
- 8-10 years experience working within a professional services / business arena
- Must be extremely proficient in Template Customization, Charts, Graphs, and Complex Animations & Slide Transitions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a quick and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain high standards for PPT materials
- Troubleshoot files, prepare internal and client-supplied materials for production and presentation
- Work with Studio Manager and Internal Stakeholders to establish timelines for work entering the department
- Recommend new or revised PPT process and procedures to maintain better inter-agency communication
and ensure continued workflow
- Audio and Video file integration a must
- Proficiency with: Original, Locked, Print-Friendly creation
- Familiarity with IPad & Tablet Presentations
- Candidates should be comfortable working on both PC and Mac platforms.
- Ability to consistently reflect the established GLG Brand
- Knowledge of Flash and other web design applications is a plus
