Primary Function

-Support online marketing campaign execution among multiple US and international businesses by building and executing Paid Search projects, developing strong internal and external relationships, and controlling risk.
-Drive best in class strategies and tactics from the ground up as part of the Paid Search team, where you will receive guidance and all the skills necessary to excel across online marketing.

Position Description
-Execute core Paid Search marketing programs, RLSA and general remarketing, PLA, YouTube, GDN, branding and awareness initiatives.
-Nurture agency relationship in executing day-to-day tactics to increase revenue, site traffic, conversions, margins, strategy, campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, campaign optimization and roadmaps.
-Advance the P/L of the Paid Search channel by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all PPC initiatives and campaigns.
-Prepare and provide general Search Marketing reporting, performance reports, analytic reporting, data analysis to internal and external teams and provide action items based on findings.
-Manage Search Engine Relationships by working with Google & Bing (and other top search engines) to realize monthly budget objectives and keep abreast of any new betas and opportunities.
-Work with Brand Teams, Product Managers and other internal business partners to provide online product merchandising support and proactively recommend additional budget spends.
-Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, search query reports and remarketing audiences.
-Oversee marketing invoicing, insertion orders, and maintaining online marketing budget spend.
-Stay current on evolving SEM tools, trends, tactics, and strategies, and educate broader organization & key stakeholders on new opportunities.
