•Drive best in class strategies and tactics from the ground up as part of the Paid Search team, where you will receive guidance and all the skills necessary to excel across online marketing and merchandising.
•Support online marketing campaign execution among multiple US and international businesses by building and executing Paid Search projects, developing strong internal and external relationships and controlling risk.
•Execute core Paid Search marketing programs, RLSA and general remarketing, Google Shopping/Product List Ads, YouTube, Google Display Network, branding and awareness initiatives, and overall generating revenue while delivery on time and within budget.

  • Nurture agency relationship in executing day-to-day tactics to increase revenue, site traffic, conversions, margins, Paid Search strategies, campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, campaign optimization and roadmaps.
    •Advance the P/L of the Paid Search channel by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all Paid Search initiatives and campaigns.
    •Prepare and provide general Search Marketing reporting, performance reports, analytic reporting, data analysis to internal and external teams and provide action items based on findings.
    •Act as a strong business partner and Subject Matter Expert of the Paid Search channel by driving continued innovation, hot issues, new developments and industry best practices by regularly sharing knowledge with extended teams.
    •Manage Search Engine Relationships by working with Google & Bing (and other top search engines) to realize monthly budget objectives and keep abreast of any new betas and opportunities.
    •Work with Brand Teams, Product Managers and other internal business partners to provide online product merchandising support and proactively recommend additional budget spends.
    •Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, search query reports and remarketing audiences.
    •Oversee marketing invoicing, insertion orders, and maintaining online marketing budget spend.
    •Collaborate with internal business partners and vendors to coordinate and communicate project initiatives, help define strategy and execute ROI deliverables and recommend additional budget spend.
    •Work with Vendor Relationship team to review contracts, addendums and vendor reviews.
    •Stay current on evolving industry tools, trends, tactics, and strategies, and educate broader organization & key stakeholders on new opportunities.
