PPC Paid Search Executive

We are looking for a Paid Search Executive to continue and develop our Paid Search
solutions for Theatrical and Cultural clients including many of the UK’s largest and
most well known theatre shows and cultural institutions.

This is a full time role suited to a Paid Search Executive with at least two years experience. It will involve
strategising, building, optimising and reporting on campaigns across Search and Display
in Google, YouTube and Bing for our growing and diversifying client base.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategising, building, optimising and reporting on campaigns across Search and
Display in Google, YouTube and Bing for our growing and diversifying client
base.

• Advocate the use and merits of Paid Search as part of the wider Digital
strategy.

• Provide insightful mid- and post-campaign reporting to clients, both on paper
and in meetings.

• Set and deliver against client campaign agreed targets and KPIs

• Internal administration, including updating schedules and managing and
booking all search budgets.

• Maintaining an up to date and extensive knowledge of search, related digital
disciplines and live entertainment

• Make compelling recommendations to Account team and or directly on the
benefits of increasing spend on search for specific campaigns

• Liaise with account teams to establish KPIs to monitor digital performance
across campaigns and which reflect commercial business goals.

• Grow and continually improve our not for profit Google Grant client base.

• Be part of the drive for digital excellence across all AKA’s work


Requirements:

• A passion for live entertainment and ticketed experiences

• A wealth of knowledge and experience in the following areas

• E-commerce PPC.

• Data driven, utilising data to make compelling suggestions and improvements.

• Paid Search’s role in integrated campaigns

• Proven track record in budget management and business income growth

• People management skills and experience are essential for this role

• Highly motivated.


Client:

• Liaise with clients, where necessary, to establish their requirements from the
campaign and key search KPIs to monitor.

• Develop clear search objectives for clients, ensuring client aims are fully
understood and communicated in achievable plans.

• Report to the client, where necessary, on the progress of campaigns against set
KPIs

• Work with all departments to ensure client’s search spend is leveraged and
optimized to show continual campaign development.


Agency:

• Act as an ambassador, actively seeking ways to promote to existing
and potential digital clients and influential industry contacts

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships, using influence to build
consensus and support between integrated marketing teams

• Keep current on industry trends and stay informed about all aspects of the
business in order to effectively optimize across integrated campaigns and
pursue digital education to develop professional skills and expertise

• Demonstrate technical expertise with current digital technical solutions and
actively suggest ways to improve agency working practices.

• Development of new services and award-winning innovations within the realm
of search marketing to further our offering and reputation


Minimum Qualifications

Effective written communication and presentation skills.

Excellent decision making and problem solving skills with a passion for the arts and live entertainment.

Technology

• Google AdWords Advertising Fundamentals, Advanced Search and Advanced
Display Qualifications.

• Highly Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

• Minimum two years experience using AdWords, Google Display Network,
YouTube and Bing.

Desirables

• Google Analytics Individual Qualification.

• Experience working with not for profit organisations.

Benefits

Pension: You will be eligible to join the company pension scheme after your 6-month
probationary period.

Training: On-going training will be provided.

Salary: DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Holiday: 20 days per year + public holidays + unofficially your birthday +1 year upon
completion of each year worked.
