Aquent is seeking for a seasoned PPC Manager professional located in Phoenix, AZ. Lead the Paid Media organization into the future as they continue to scale and grow this important cornerstone to their digital marketing business. The successful individual will be responsible for leading a team of certified pay-per-click specialists including all aspects of people, process and product management. The goal of the Paid Media team is to provide a best-in-class pay-per-click, search marketing and retargeting product and customer experience for Digital’s small and medium sized businesses and agency-level clients nationwide.

The management position requires someone with proven success in delivering pay-per-click campaign performance at scale. The position requires a seasoned manager that is able to manage project schedules, campaign build queues, campaign optimizations and internal processes to deliver campaign and department/company performance within fulfillment SLA deadlines, while additionally providing new ideas and continuous improvements to the product, department and company. Employee management including holding employees accountable for their job roles, recruiting and team building is vital to the job role.

The individual will act as the organization’s paid media expert, providing mentorship to their employees on new tools, technologies and best practices; as well as consulting services across departments and to Digital customers. The PPC Manager will provide regular reporting to upper-level management and other stakeholders regarding the performance of the department and the product

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of certified PPC professionals with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Ensure proper Quality Assurance of campaign builds and ongoing campaign changes
• Set and hold the team accountable to monthly benchmarks including pacing, campaign performance, meeting SLAs and customer satisfaction
• Provide regular data reporting on department and campaign performance in aggregate to key stakeholders within Digital
• Aid in development of product deliverables, standard operating procedures, enhancements and training materials
• Provide timely support and communication cross-departments
• Be responsible for all employee activity including performance monitoring, regular performance scoring, annual reviews, hiring and recruitment.

Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of PPC experience in high volume account/campaign environment
• 1+ years of management experience (direct reports) of 5 or more employees in an office environment
• Proven ability to function in a dynamic, high volume business
• Consistent and proven success of high levels of team performance, quality assurance, and book of business growth
• Very strong organizational skills; attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple projects with lots of details
• Strong knowledge of workplace productivity software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint along with strong Internet browsing skills are required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups at all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the area of interactive marketing, search marketing, online advertising
