PM/Training Content Developer

The position supports a data warehouse program. The candidate will be part of the project team releasing reports/cubes/dashboards with new features and functionality.

As a member of the project team, the candidate will need to maintain schedules and deliverables, and interact across teams and independently. Though the position is largely non-technical, the candidate will be responsible for documentation around the new features and releases – which will require them to have the technical capacity to translate technical data warehouse requirements into business language, essentially informing the end user of the outcome (i.e. “what does this change mean to me in my daily work?”).

Nearly all written content will be from a learning perspective, so this is not Project Manager who can simply write, but a Training Content Developer who can manage multiple deliverables, work independently and who has experience writing for reporting or CRM solutions.

Knowledge of Operations, Finance and Sales organizations is a plus. Very strong Excel skills are an additional requirement as our reports are driven primarily by pivot tables. MS Office, Project and Visio skills are also required.
