We're looking for a top Office Manager to add to our Shared Services team!

About the Role:

Our Office Manager will be an active member of the Client & Talent Support team and contribute to the completion of the Shared Services goals. Duties in Shared Services could include backup or support for the team in the UK, France, or Netherlands to accommodate the completion of Shared Services projects, globally.

Primary Responsibilities:
Front desk and phone support, handling Talent and Client calls and inquiries
Manage facility and vendor relationships including: office supplies, phones, computers, office equipment and overall office appearance, as well as interview room bookings
Manage HR compliance requirements including, but not limited to talent registration
Event planning for internal and external events
New Hire Orientations for new staff
Coordinate trouble shooting technical needs for the office, working with EIS department to resolve issues
Provide additional support as needed on a timely and consistent basis, and working with internal staff to resolve client/talent issues on an ad hoc basis
Play a major role in solving significant business problems and accomplishing a wide range of projects for internal and external clients via the Shared Services team
Provide backup support to the Office Administrator (document updates, maintaining job boards)

About You:

4+ years administrative business experience
Proven ability to learn new technology quickly
Proven ability creatively solve problems, make decisions and resolve conflicts
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Application Skills
Event coordination skills
Outstanding communications and follow through skills
Desire to work in a fast paced environment
Customer service driven
Flexible
Ability to work 9a-6p
