Outbound Marketing Consultant

Our client seeks an Outbound Marketing Consultant for a short term (approximately three months) assignment. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create unique positioning, messaging, sales collateral and online content in support of Applications and Business Process Outsourcing services.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into differentiated customer benefits are crucial. This position will give you the opportunity to use your knowledge of application services and business process outsourcing to create positioning that aligns customer needs and market drivers, and that differentiates our client from the competition. You will use your services and marketing expertise to create materials that clearly communicate the value that their services and solutions bring to the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing Applications and BPO services positioning and messaging that differentiates our client in the market, as well as supports the brand.
• Creating internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our services.
• Developing website content to drive awareness and demand through clear, high-impact, customer-focused service portfolio information.
• Developing and managing marketing and sales tools including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, articles, and sales presentations.
• Creating sales training and tools that support the selling process.
• Managing product launches to ensure sales force readiness.
• Applying in-depth knowledge of professional standards for writing and marketing
• Coordinating closely with a cross-functional team of business leaders, marketing, sales and the web team on the launch and promotion of new and existing services.
• Working with partners and their marketing teams on joint marketing efforts
• Supporting Applications and BPO at industry events
• Researching and learning triggers for buyers, as well as information on competitors, in order to differentiate their messaging.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on content related to Applications and BPO service offerings as well as messaging that correlates with related offerings in other service lines.
• Incorporating knowledge of business industry trends and their impact on their customers.
• Applying deep product marketing expertise and extensive industry experience to formulate messaging strategies.
