Organizational Change Management

One of our valued clients in the oil/gas industry is seeking an Organizational Change Management professional for a temp to perm role.
Primary responsibility is to support project teams in the creation, integration and implementation of business and organizational change management strategies and plans throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
The individual will work closely with Project Managers to develop an approach that adheres to and maintains the company's OCM/BPM processes, methodologies and best practices.
The role will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, performance management, organization structures and job roles/competencies/skills, and systems and technology.
Responsibilities will include the following:
-Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
-Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
-Support the expansion and development of comprehensive, strategic organizational change management frameworks, processes, methodologies, approaches, plans and best practices
-Maintain a library of available and customizable OCM methodologies for use by OCM practitioners
-Lead or facilitate OCM strategy and execution efforts within the IT organization and potentially within the business organization
-Provide ongoing consultation and mentor/coach teams or individuals to support change initiatives in order to minimize employee resistance and maximize enterprise engagement and adoption
-Anticipate, analyze and understand the impact of change; effectively manage and remediate resistance to change
-Develop templates, reports and charts for management reporting of change initiatives
-Define and measure success metrics, analyze change results, monitor change progress and identify areas for continuous improvement

Requirements:
-Legally authorized to work in the United States
-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science
-7+ years of overall Change Management experience
-Intermediate experience with Change Management at a Senior Leadership level
-Intermediate experience in implementing large scale change initiatives
-Proficient with various Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)

-Proficient with modeling tools (e.g., ARIS)
-Demonstrated process and continuous improvement focus
-Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
-Self-motivated with ability to work at all levels in an organization
-Excellent facilitation, collaboration and team development skills
-Excellent analytical and problem analysis/solving skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent active listening skills
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Positions and explains ideas that motivate others to action
-Actively seeks out diverse people and organizations to collectively achieve business goals
