Purpose of role:
To manage the fulfilment of the Zone demand plan for specific market / zone based on agreed S&OP sales forecast, ensuring stock availability for market on time to support sales plans including Events and launches. Must be strong in Excel creating Pivot Tables, V Look Up, and similar functions.
To run systematic replenishment requirements in line with budgets and sales forecasts
To deliver high class customer service driving results for Market plans to hit retail sales
To deliver excellent availability in stores
Key Job Account abilities:
Responsible for stock holding and inventory flows to budget in assigned stock pools
Oversee replenishment process maintaining stock in pools to pre-agreed levels.
Analyze and react to customer trends and recommend allocation changes.
Liaise with the MSL on availability and product flow & manage constraints in supply locally
Understand the current stock position to measure the impact on service levels and the requirement to correct any shortfalls based on latest forecast.
Assist the manager in developing and delivering business and zone strategy
To manage the KPI reporting across the team proactively highlighting issues and working with markets and the MSL to manage short stock situations
Create and manage weekly reporting (fill rate %, OOS, etc)
Worked alongside finance to drive service levels and cut costs, by identifying process related issues.
Maintained customer relations to better serve in relation to PIPO, fulfilling adequate stock levels and specialized requests.
Lead meetings with internal/external Supply Chain & Accounts Payable teams to resolve stock related remittances

· Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of the brand including minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers

Experience in Supply Chain/ Merchandising, in a retail environment
Understanding of Event planning and NPD process
Experience of influencing cross functionally
Understanding of supply chain best practice
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of retail supply chain with experience of detailed product planning and forecasting
Experience of improving supply chain operational process
Excellent understanding of inventory management
Qualified to degree level or equivalent
