Optimisation Executive - Retail

A large retailer based in Hertfordshire is looking for an Optimisation Executive sits within an exciting and expanding area of the client’s optimisation team.

This role will be pivotal in The Test & Targeting team and are responsible for the ongoing optimisation of the.com website through a programme of A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing (MVT), targeting and personalisation campaigns.


Key responsibilites:

Project Management and day to day coordination of all elements that lead to running a successful optimisation programme.
Gathering together test requirements and documentation, aligning resource, managing project plans and liaising with stakeholders.
Data analysis to make data informed decisions to support the prioritisation of tests on the Test & Target roadmap.
Responsibility to identify the relevant metrics for each test and pull together post- test reports and analysis to support your recommendations and next steps.
Communication & engagement of the Test & Target programme
Stakeholder management, to be able to support and manage issues, concerns, resources and prioritise tasks with colleagues who may not be in your immediate team.


This is role is perfect for someone who is both analytical and creative and has a logical and organised approach to working. You will be a customer experience champion, using best practice and insight to ensure that opportunities for improvement are highlighted and everything delivered is beneficial to customers. This role will best suit an individual who thrives and smiles under pressure, is well organised, pragmatic, can manage issues, decisions and stakeholders.

You will have worked directly or are familiar with A/B and MVT tools.
You are familiar with content management packages and publishing platforms.
Specific experience with Business Control Centre (BCC) or other ATG business products, would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Autonomy Teamsite & Livesite, with an understanding of scheduling and publishing content changes, ideally in an eCommerce environment would be advantageous.
Ideally you will be familiar with best practice optimisation for mobile, tablet and desktop and possibly even have worked on a responsive website previously

Experience with Adobe Test & Target and the analytics package Adobe Site Catalyst would be a distinct advantage.
