An expert at streamlining workflow and implementing just the right amount of process to help facilitate the work while not over complicating it. You’re experienced in partnering with a Supply Chain team to set-up orders, track and keep things moving through the system for on time delivery. A specialist in the area of logistics that can manage global shipments and customs requirements with 100% success rate. 
Successful track record of partnering with major retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Verizon and others in U.S., Canada, APAC and EMEA. 

Top Daily Responsibilities: 
Lead Operations for the Retail Marketing Production Team- 
Assess current workflow and process for ordering, tracking and shipping of devices for retail execution, employ best practices and make adjustments for improvements as needed. 
Review logistics and compliance protocols, partner closely with these teams plus legal to ensure all shipments for retail execution are meeting requirements. 
Strategically develop plans for the management of all shipments of fixtures for the retail team including, but not limited to; evaluating best shipping methods from cost and timing perspectives. 
Working closely with team on all custom regulations and best ports of entry; manage all shipments through customs including adhering to all requirements (ie proper paperwork) so as not to get held-up and jeopardize delivery dates. 
Be the liaison between the Production team and our 3rd party partners for timely shipments, and managing final destinations (store vs warehouse vs distributor). 
Partner with our Store Operations team to coordinate timely delivery of all shipments to insure they (Store Ops) can install and/or refresh fixtures on time. 

Required Skills 
BA/BS degree in any field or minimum 11+ years practical experience. 
10 years of experience in operations; creating workflow and process 
Experience with complex global shipping requirements and supply chain 
Retail marketing experience, working specifically with fixtures/displays as a plus, familiar with big box retailers and their requirements 
Ability to work well under deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects at once. 
Strong organizational, planning, communication and negotiation skills.
