As our large, Nationally known Non-Profit client approaches the busy second half of the year, they are looking to find a Part-time Operations Coordinator to provide overall support to the team on traffic operations, media buying, contracts, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Role: Media Operations Coordinator

Part Time: 20-35 hours/week
Supports the Brand Operations team in a temporary, part-time capacity, to help process and manage a high volume of creative and paid media requests. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Provides a high level of customer service as a primary point of contact for the Brand Center of Excellence. 
• Processes media buy insertion orders and payments with media outlets 
• Works with Procurement and Legal teams on sponsorship agreements and purchase orders 
• Assists Traffic team in assigning and tracking the workflow of creative and paid media requests to ensure the timely execution of all projects 
• Troubleshoots any process or technical issues, including client support, through the marketing operations process 
• Traffics final artwork to media outlets 
• Helps archive/upload creative files to asset management systems 
• Responds to Brand Help mailbox as needed 
• Provides general operational and administrative support 
• Other duties as assigned 

Education, work experience: 
• Degree in marketing, business or related field 
• Relevant experience in a studio, agency or in-house marketing/creative department that produces high volume 
• Traffic operations, media buying and/or collateral production experience a plus 
• Requires outstanding oral and written communication skills 
• Team collaboration a must. Ability to plan, analyze, organize and schedule projects 
• Strong project/time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in the use of software (Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook); experience in project management and/or marketing workflow systems a plus 
• Possess very strong client service orientation and account management skills 
• Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, critical thinking and leadership skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities and work styles
