Operations Coordinator

​As an Operations coordinator in this assignment with Aquent's client, you will be involved in gift card design management, process improvement, and coordination of operations throughout the physical product life cycle. You will play a central role in keeping design and production operations organized.

You will be responsible for managing responsibilities associated with supplier management, supply chain projects, and artwork management. This is a collaborative role that will work cross-functionally to drive process improvements with the end goal of providing the highest levels of efficiency to Gift Card Supply Chain. You must have exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. At the same time, you should have a bias for execution and a high level of drive and creativity to constantly improve your area of responsibility. As an Operations Coordinator, you must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You must be comfortable communicating across cultural, country and time-zone boundaries.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

1. Artwork Coordination:
- Coordination of all localization project work: Coordinating linguist reviews and approvals of artwork, Communication of feedback and needed edits to design team, Localization request forecasts at beginning of each Q (teamwide)
- Design file organization and maintenance
- TOS organization
- Production file reviews
- Artwork delivery to suppliers
- Artwork proof approvals
- Supplier Artwork KPI management

2. First article inspection:
- FAI Reviews
- Quality feedback to suppliers
- Log quality samples and manage organization in the samples library
- KPI documentation

3. Product Specification Management
- Spec revision control
- Deviations
- Supplier communication

4. Supplier Management
- Bi-weekly call management - setting agenda, managing calls, taking notes and driving action items with owners

5. Project support

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in business, supply chain, engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of industry experience in Operations roles
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Experience managing a physical product of some sort (vs. services, software, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, solid time management, and multitasking skills
- Previous program/project management experience

Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of gift card industry a plus
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
