Operations Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join the team which manages the company partnership programs with media agencies.

You will provide business-critical insights, ensure cross-functional alignment across program goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

 

Core parts of this role involve:

 

  • Program design, structuring and evolution
  • Program activation and roll-out
  • Operational effectiveness and deal management
  • Business performance analysis

 

Skills:    

 

  • Program design, structuring and evolution
  • Support in the development of trading programs, partnering closely with both in-market and centrally based sales teams, Product Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance.
  • Program activation and roll-out
  • Provide training and guidance on both a local and regional basis, and be the first point of contact to help in-market teams in their day-to-day management of the deals.
  • Develop and manage activation strategies to drive effective and efficient scaling across multiple territories and regions.
  • Operational effectiveness and deal management
  • Drive operational excellence through process and policy improvements. Identify opportunities that can streamline the program design and deal structuring process and improve efficiency and return of the program.

 

Business performance analysis

 

  • Use your exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive insight from complex data to support the development of agency partnership programs and aid decision making.
  • Develop business performance analysis capabilities that drive deep understanding of the performance drivers and demonstrate program ROI and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

   

  • BSc required in an analytical field (e.g. Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field) from a leading university preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience required in Sales Finance, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Strategy consulting, or 3+ years with MBA/Master’s degree (pref. Business Management).
  • Excellent quantitative/analytical skills. Ability to convince and influence senior leaders through data and analysis in a clear, compelling and concise manner. Advanced excel and data manipulation skills are a must and a basic knowledge of SQL with a strong aptitude to learn new data systems to perform heavier analysis is desirable.
  • Articulate, adaptable and assertive communicator.
  • Strong team working and influencing skills, as this is a highly XFN-centric role.
  • Experience in the media or technology industries (specifically digital media agencies) is preferable
