We have two openings: Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. These are 1-year contract opportunities.

The Ops manager will be the key on-site contact at our Chicago Brand Space. This person will be responsible for the overall management of the Brand Space including but not limited to seasonal change-outs, facility ops, budgets, invoices, updates, staffing, and overall communication to the Brand Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage Brand Space staff.
• Maintain current all-inclusive schedule or understanding of:
Hours of operation
Key events
Promotions
Product launches
Internal and external walkthroughs
Build out schedules
• Provide regular status updates to General Manager / Brand team.
• Will maintain an on-going understanding of overall Brand marketing plans.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of upcoming Jordan Brand product, competitors and overall market trends
• Manage process for product insights and feedback, co-create a strategy against performance product insights
• Oversee schedule of upgrades, change outs etc. an impact to event/promotional plan (w/ GM)
• Manage a list of required maintenance needs including repairs, cleaning etc.
• Assist Field Marketing in sourcing and oversee vendors and partners
• Keep Brand and “Agency” Team informed via scheduled bi-weekly meeting and as needed daily Staffing
• Track monthly staff and programming budgets
• Tracking of all invoices and expenses in a weekly budget document.
• Contribute to on-going staff schedule and communication with the team
• Co- lead staff during daily and special event activations including consumer sessions, meetings, providing operations information and on-going performance feedback.
• Assess current and additional staff as needed within established budget parameters
• Train staff on product and product insights
• Manage process for product insights and feedback, co-create a strategy against performance product insights
• Create briefs and assignments for each team member
• Drive Brand Space staff meetings for new projects and concept reviews
• Work with Brand leads and Digital specialist for on-going management
• Maintain an on‐going R&D with the team

The Assistant Operations Manager will be the support leads in the management of the Chicago Brand Space. This person will be report to the Operations Manager and supplement the opening/closing of the space during hours of operations.
