Online Merchandise Co-ordinator

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager this leading retailer seeks a highly organised online merchandise co-ordinator, it's an initial 12 month contract with scope. Your role will support the achievement of our clients vision and business unit strategy by managing and analysing the allocation, replenishment and ordering of stock while optimising inventory productivity.

Key Tasks:
- Category budget and replanning process
- Weekly tracking and summation of performance
- Analysis of performance of online store & category data including promo results to maximise stock turn
- Forecast sales, gross margin, purchase & inventory on hand
- Identify unique revenue / sales opportunities for the online store
- Contribute to ongoing development to online store strategy
- Manage Melbourne's distribution centre's stock position for the online store
- Map the value chain of data collection & publishing, seeking continuous improvement in the process
- Identify data anomalies and recommendations for remediation
- Undertake data integrity checks across each category
- Responsible for product approval for online content

To be Successful:
- You will bring previous experience with a retailer, franchise support office or wholesale environment in an equivalent role
- Demonstrated experience in Inventory Management, Analysis, Quantification, Ordering, Allocation and Replenishment process
- Highly self motivating and must demonstrate creative thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to and enjoyment in a highly dynamic retail environment
- Ability to work as part of a small dynamic team and deal with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
