Online Marketing Specialist

My client is a reputable, down to earth business with a wonderful culture and real emphasis on work/ life balance. This is a new role due to company growth. Based in their outgoing Digital Marketing team and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.

This role will be responsible for providing driving traffic and conversions across 4 websites in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and optimise all digital acquisition campaigns and conversion funnels across multiple brands and products
• Analyse all digital campaigns, online sales, and performance through monitoring daily, monthly and quarterly key metrics. Regular reporting of results to management.
• Utilising internal and external resources to execute on digital web assets (landing pages, micro-sites, digital tools, etc)
• Running split tests of web assets to optimise performance
• Implementing SEO campaigns in order to optimise organic search ranking
• Manage website content and ensure regular updates of homepage and product offerings seasonally
• Regular website auditing to ensure full functionality
• Improve customer online experience
• Display advertising, Google AdWords campaigns

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years digital marketing experience with a focus in online optimisation
• Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) best practices
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Google Analytics for optimisation of user experience
• Across all major Google Webmaster Tools (ie - Google Tag Manager)
• Incredibly savvy with all modern digital technologies and the role they play in enhancing customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of SEO best practice and implementation
• Experience in e-commerce highly regarded
