Online Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Manager they are currently looking for a driven, charismatic, passionate Online Marketing Manager to help them achieve their vision.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and optimise all digital acquisition campaigns and conversion funnels across multiple brands and products
• Analyse all digital campaigns, online sales, and performance through monitoring daily, monthly and quarterly key metrics
• Utilising internal and external resources to execute on digital web assets (landing pages, micro-sites, digital tools, etc)
• Running split tests of web assets to optimise performance
• Implementing SEO campaigns in optimise organic search ranking
• Management of PPC and Video Ads campaigns through Adwords
• Support affiliate marketing campaigns

Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years digital marketing experience with a focus in online optimisation
• Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) best practices
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Google Analytics for optimisation of user experience
• Across all major Google Webmaster Tools (ie - Google Tag Manager)
• Experience leveraging additional 3rd party tools to enhance conversion rates (Crazy Egg, Hello Bar, Sniply, etc)
• Strong experience in running and managing PPC and Video Ad campaigns across various ad and display networks
• Incredibly savvy with all modern digital technologies and the role they play in enhancing customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of SEO best practice and implementation
• Experience in e-commerce highly regarded
