Vitamin T's client is looking for an Online Marketing Manager for a temp-to-perm role!

As the Online Marketing Manager, you’ll drive acquisition, nurturing and conversion activities that will drive new business and strengthen the client's brand. You’ll coordinate with product teams to plan, execute and manage online marketing strategies that maximize return on investment while staying on brand and highlighting the client's products and services across multiple platforms.

With ownership over lead generation and conversion, you’ll drive targeted traffic and be responsible for website performance and email marketing. You shouldn’t be a stranger to HTML as you’ll create targeted and compelling emails, web experiences, and integrated campaigns with relevant and timely content that will drive visitors and users to take action. Creativity will be key, but so will your ability to dig into the details to analyze results. You’ll help design systems to measure, analyze, and improve marketing performance and customer engagement across all our platforms. This role will have significant exposure to a variety of marketing functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strategic planning and execution of all digital marketing initiatives
- Serve as lead project manager for key digital initiatives and campaigns including SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, and referral programs.
- Manage subscriber database including creating and updating lists and identifying targeted customer segments
- Drive web traffic, email subscriptions, and social media followers
- Copywriting and editing to develop effective marketing content
- Analyze data from and website traffic reporting. Clearly communicate results/opportunities to marketing team. Execute next steps as part of subscriber development, lead generation and conversion initiatives
- Manage junior marketing associates, community managers, and content creators, as well as external vendors.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably for an ecommerce or subscription-based business
- Deep understanding and love for all things related to SEO, SEM, email, and social media
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and a knack for turning numbers into valuable insights
- Fluency in lead generation, loyalty programs and email marketing as a tool for acquisition and retention
- Experience with email marketing services and software. Marketing automation experience a plus.
- Live and breathe the web, and possess in-depth knowledge of the following user experience essentials: search, navigation, calls to action, and engaging content
- Excellent project and time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and business savvy
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive on bringing new ideas and solutions to the team and are excited to roll up your sleeves and execute on them
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, you're curious, driven to succeed and have an upbeat, positive attitude
- Ability to transition easily between the creative and analytical sides of marketing
- Impeccable interpersonal and writing skills
