Online Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for an Online Marketing Manager! This role is temp to perm, sits onsite in their Burlington, MA office and starts ASAP.

They are looking for someone who is not only skilled at putting together reports but also is great at strategy and coming up with new, innovative ideas. They have an agency they use to run all the SEO, Google Ad Words, etc. so they don't need someone to execute on those. However, an understanding of how to translate that SEO data is important for this role.

Details:
- Manage multiple marketing channels and vendors and assess performance on a weekly basis, including, but not limited to; SEM (PPC, PLAs, CSEs), SEO, Display Advertising, Email, Affiliates, etc.
· Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention and engagement campaigns with the objective of driving demand, while maintaining CPA and ROI targets
· Design, execute, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including landing pages for trigger based and promotion campaigns.
· Help develop strategic, performance-based media plans to best target prospects, buyers, and lapsed buyers
· Work collaboratively with internal team members and third party vendors to identify opportunities and cross channel initiates.
· Aid in the planning process by developing models to forecast traffic, conversion, demand, etc.
· Understand interaction of marketing channels, especially display adverting, and develop a plan for demand attribution
· Manage promotional and content marketing calendar
· Review metrics against forecasted results, measure channel effectiveness and ROI on all digital marketing efforts
· Work with Digital Marketing team to help develop and execute online Content Marketing strategies and plans
- A background in eCommerce, multi-channel retail environment, or online marketing agency a huge plus
- An understanding Affiliate Marketing would be a huge bonus


Must have a working knowledge in the following areas:
- Google Adwords and Bing Ads
- Building business requirements for list segmentation, work flows and triggered events within an ESP or CRM database (Coremotives experience a plus)
- Experience with content and promotional management in ecommerce platform (Magento experience a plus)
- Experience with web analytics programs (Google Analytics preferred)
