Online Marketing Manager

Our corporate client has an opportunity for a Digital Marketer to support the continued expansion of their Digital Advertising initiatives. This position will support the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, across both creative and media, with an emphasis on the planning and execution of recent and emerging digital advertising techniques. This person will collaborate with multiple internal partners and external agencies to plan, set up and implement digital campaign components and deliver on business goals.

Activities include:
- Serve as part of a cross-functional team to pilot new digital advertising capabilities and programs as part of our credit business
- Work to develop plans and processes to pilot and implement new digital marketing capabilities
- Work with the team to define campaign scope, objectives, test design and primary and secondary metrics
- Manage digital advertising agencies to scope, plan, report and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Partner with the digital agencies and marketing managers to develop timelines, media tactics and creative assets that align to campaign objectives and deliver a consistent and impactful experience
- Work across the end-to-end campaign lifecycle (creative and media) to ensure that campaigns are successfully implemented and optimized
- Partner with digital agency and analytics teams to deliver campaign reporting and analyses; provide analysis against KPIs and identify areas for improvement and future testing
- Identify and support longer-term test & learn plans in order to optimize new and emerging digital marketing capabilities
- Partner closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure campaigns meet requirements; create documentation for Legal and Compliance reviews
- Ensure that campaign components receive appropriate approvals, route assets, consolidate feedback and upload approvals
- Perform QA checks of final creative assets to ensure they capture all approved content
- Stay abreast of digital marketing innovations, best practices and emerging technologies to improve performance as needed
- Prepare presentations highlighting campaign performance and learning against business goals

A Successful Applicant Will Possess:
- Broad understanding of digital advertising, including display, video, mobile, paid social and paid search
- Experience executing creative and media requirements of digital 3rd-party advertising campaigns
- Experience and understanding of new and emerging tactics and techniques in digital marketing, including CRM/list targeting (customer retargeting), look alike modeling, programmatic buying, etc.
- Experience executing paid digital marketing programs at scale in a large, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence management and peers across functional lines
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent, pervasive attention to detail
