Online Marketing Manager

The Online Marketing Manager would be responsible for the execution of a variety of marketing efforts to engage with prospective customers online. These efforts will require a strong background in Web and online Marketing concepts and experience with independent execution of online lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a balance of creativity mixed with analytic thinking. As well as, having a professional demeanor; team player orientation and a hands-on, energetic and motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities
- Strategy, planning and execution of a variety of organic online marketing campaigns in support of inside sales.
- Increase traffic and awareness of key web properties including the main corporate website.
- Optimize main corporate website customer experience and navigation to maximize goal conversion.
- Use of Social strategies and properties, where appropriate, to generate leads.
- Timely compilation of key metrics to measure success and steer future campaigns.
- Coordination interdepartmentally with Sales, Operations and Finance to execute, track and optimize programs.

Requirements
- Easily developing rapport with colleagues and interdepartmentally
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- MSOffice including Excel and PowerPoint
- A Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or related field.
- 3+ years experience in marketing or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the high tech, telecom or Software as a Service (SaaS) industries a plus.
