Online Marketing Manager

ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER
ECOMMERCE | FASHION
CONTRACT: 5 months | Mon-Fri | 40 hours/week
PAY: $35-$45/hour (based on experience)

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in online marketing activities. This person’s primary responsibility will be to partner with the site, promotions and email marketing teams to analyze marketing results on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis. Additional responsibilities will include QA-ing marketing campaigns to ensure flawless execution, creating marketing briefs and administrative tasks as necessary.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis of marketing campaigns
• Help team with ad hoc business diagnostics to understand marketing’s role in good/ challenging business.
• Develop creative briefs as necessary
• QA site, promo and email marketing as necessary
• Update marketing calendar as necessary
• Partner with multiple cross-functional partners to ensure project details and changes are clearly communicated and understood.
• Additional projects as required

LEADERSHIP SKILLS
• Passion for the retail/fashion industry
• Strategic thinking & analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Political savvy and the ability to navigate an organization
• Ability to deal with ambiguity effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

QUALIFICATIONS
• Background in retail industry and/or ecommerce preferred
• Omniture experience (or similar marketing analytics tools)
• Undergraduate degree
• 4+ years relevant Marketing experience
