Online Marketing Manager

The Online Marketing Contract position will play a critical role in driving the Canada business both for stores and online. This person will partner with the US marketing team, Canada Online Buying team and Canada store team to ensure the marketing strategy supports business objectives. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that all Canada online marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Key Job Responsibilities Include
 Own calendaring, briefing and executing website, email and promo marketing for online.
Work closely with the US marketing team to maintain an intimate knowledge of all marketing campaigns and leverage content as much as possible.
Build a compelling mix of merchandise and promotional emails that leverage US content.
Develop Canada specific marketing campaigns to support online business objectives & cultural events (boxing day, Victoria day etc..)
Develop relationship with Canada stores to support their business objectives (when possible) and to provide customers with a seamless cross channel shopping experience.
Run ad hoc analysis and omniture reporting
Additional projects as required

Leadership Skills
Passion for the retail/fashion industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Political savvy and the ability to navigate a complex organization
Ability to deal with ambiguity effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
History of outstanding cross functional relationships
Ability to negotiate effectively.

Qualifications
Background in retail industry and/or ecommerce preferred
Undergraduate degree
4+ years relevant Marketing experience
