Online Marketing Manager

Representing the residential services business unit, you will work with internal teams and digital agencies in the following areas:
• Manage Web projects to support acquisition campaigns with speed and accuracy, from the content elaboration to the execution.
• Managing product launches, offers updates and content changes.
• Improving the overall experience of the site to ensure it keeps up with the needs of the customers and the business.
•Strengthen ecommerce capabilities of

Areas of responsibility
•Brief and content writing and creative assessment.
•Project management including the management of timelines, budgets and approvals
•Interacting with product, technology, pricing and campaign departments to ensure business objectives are aligned
•Interacting with other Marketing Communications disciplines to ensure communication pieces are integrated
•Editing content to ensure clarity of messaging

To produce these results, the Specialist, Online Marketing Communications, must:
•Have 3+ years of experience in online marketing communications
•Have a strong understanding of marketing communications principles
•Have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
•Be extremely detail oriented.
•Have diploma/degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
•Be a self-motivated individual who has the ability to deliver results within a large organization
•Have an exceptional capacity to adapt to a demanding and variable work environment, handle multiple tasks at the same time, manage budget, prioritize ongoing requests and project as well as manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
•Have excellent leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
•Proficiency in French and English.
•Have a creative spark!

Bonus:
•Agency and/or telecommunications experience is an asset.
