The Online Marketing Director will develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans, and will drive the marketing strategies, brand development, market segmentation, media strategies and tactics, and the implementation of campaigns for the company. The Online Marketing Director also oversees Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities, eMarketing and social media for the entire company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Direct the implementation of strategic marketing and advertising plan with specific responsibility for ensuring alignment between programs, media outlets, and geographic and audience placements.
- Oversee the management of the electronic marketing efforts for all affiliate entities’ branding, products and programs.
- Strategize and develop new marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase response rates.
- Manage the creation, initiation and implementation of new marketing and media plans.
- Develop and implement measurement techniques for all activities and provide reports that assess the
effectiveness of the media and market strategies.
- Manage and build relationships with strategic marketing partners to schedule, adjust and implement media activities as well as forge new initiatives. These include vendors for offline media, radio, eMarketing and marketing analytics.
- Work with the CRM team to ensure marketing requirements are met.
- Develop the most effective process to bring in qualified leads
- Provide marketing interface and requirements to the CRM team.

The Online Marketing Director identifies and drives the tracking, analyzing and management of lead generation by utilizing the an analytics tool, and in coordination with the Marketing Analyst, uses reporting and analysis capabilities to drive changes for optimal marketing results.

Additional duties:
- Works with IT to create additional reports required to track the marketing and conversion rate of leads
- Leads the effort for social media for the company
- Puts together sound eMarketing plans for optimal results
- Stays on top of new eMarketing tactics via the eMarketing vendor and assimilates testing into the media schedule
- Drives obtaining metrics and reporting of results
- Coordinates planning and updates sessions with eMarketing vendor affiliates
